Pick up Guidelines

Pick up available on weekdays,  4:30pm - 9:00pm, at designated local areas.​

  • Order cutoff: Any order placed before 11:00 PM will be ready for pickup the following day.​​

Drop-off Guidelines

Drop-off is available for customers in Kirkland, Redmond, Bellevue, and Woodinville, as well as nearby surrounding areas.

​

  • Drop-off hours:

    • Thursday and Friday        (7:00pm - 9:00pm)

    • Saturday and Sunday (11:30am - 5:00pm)​​

​

  • Order cutoff: Orders placed before 11:00 PM are eligible for next-day drop-off (as long as it falls on one of the available drop-off days).

​

  • Orders placed after 11:00 PM will be scheduled for the next available drop-off day.

​

Please ensure someone is available to receive the order, or provide a safe and secure location for drop-off.

Cancelation or Change

We understand that plans can change, and we’ll do our best to accommodate any order modifications or cancellations. However, please note that we reserve the right to decline a cancellation or change, especially if your order has already been prepared or is in progress.
