We understand that plans can change, and we’ll do our best to accommodate any order modifications or cancellations. However, please note that we reserve the right to decline a cancellation or change, especially if your order has already been prepared or is in progress.

Refund Policy
We offer pickup Monday - Saturday and pickup time slots at designated locations in Kirkland, Redmond, Bellevue, and Woodinville - please select the one that works best for you at checkout.

** All orders will be available for pickup within 48 hours of the order being placed.

Example:
If you place your order on Sunday, March 22, 2026, it will be ready for pickup by Tuesday, March 24, 2026, during the available pickup window (4:00 PM – 8:00 PM).
